Greetings and blessings to all: My name is Hunter Joseph Acton, and what you see before you are the first steps I have taken on the quest to be the best bartender in the world. The rhythmic rattling of cocktail shakers, the precise and careful technique, and the opportunity to be a steward of joy for all those who choose to sit at my bar imbue me with a passion and purpose like nothing else. Based out of Stella's on Main in De Pere, WI, I am pleased to offer these creations and this experience to the people of Northeast Wisconsin!
Mission
The goal is the resurrection of cocktail culture nation-wide by offering a product rooted in craftsmanship, quality, and value with an accompanying experience driven by warm hospitality and superior service.
Vision
The Club's inaugural year will focus mainly on enacting the
Mission amongst the community and its visitors. Stella's On Main is the ideal location, allowing the Club to develop strong roots in the communities of Northeast Wisconsin while also having access to traveling sports fans and those on religious pilgrimage. Once established, the Club looks forward to offering exclusive member benefits and serving drinks and other products at many different community events!
